Easter, 20161332 viewsOh my goodness! Look what the Easter Bunny brought us! We came downstairs this morning and there were big baskets with our names on ’em. We got cute Easter cards, books, play packs, and a little bit of candy. I got a stuffed Snoopy in my basket, and Baylee got Woodstock in hers, how funny is that? He knew how much we love Snoopy & Woodstock! — Benjamin, Jr.
What a fun morning! One minute I’m getting ready for church, and the next my brother is yelling that the Easter Bunny came last night!! I was so excited I only got my Easter hat on before I ran downstairs, heehee.Woodstock is definitely my most favorite Easter gift! Daddy, hurry and take my picture – I have to finish gettin’ ready! — Baylee.

October 26, 2012 - Make-A-Wish receives check for $25,0001328 viewsThe Ben Roethlisberger Foundation donated $25,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation! That money will allow Make-A-Wish to grant wishes to six children!
Ben presented the check to Judith Stone (pictured with Ben and his father, Ken), President and CEO of Make-A-Wish during an impromptu press conference this afternoon after practice.
The money was raised during The Ben Roethlisberger Foundation Invitational Golf Tournament in July.
For the past several years, Ben has devoted his time to the Make-A-Wish Foundation because of his passion to help children.
“It’s no secret how much the kids mean to me. When someone has a wish and they want to spend it with the Steelers that touches you and is special. For us to be able to do this and be able to have six kid’s wishes come true is awesome. Being there to meet them, shake their hand, sign an autograph means a lot to me.†– Ben.

October 5, 2012 - Make-A-Wish: Alex Wagner1327 viewsWhen practice ended, things got even better as the players all made their way over to Wagner, talking to him, posing for pictures and signing autographs. Ben Roethlisberger took him into the locker room, and then off to his production meeting with Fox Sports where he met Troy Aikman, who is in town for the game.
“Alex loves football,†said his mom Terry Wagner. “He can’t play because of his medical condition, but he loves it more than anything in the world. This is his dream come true. It makes us so happy to see him like this.
“Since we knew this was happening, he has never been happier. He is a serious kid and this has brought the joy out of him.â€

Ben in Switzerland, 20061326 viewsHi Erin,
I'm Remo from Switzerland and I'm a big Football fan.
Well American Football is not that popular in Switzerland like Soccer or Ice hockey. But anyway for me it's a great sport and I like to watch theme every Sunday. Like you know Big Ben has his roots in Switzerland . During his visit after winning the Super Bowl in 2006, I was lucky to met Ben at 'Lauperswil' and was able to talk to him and his father. He is a really nice guy and who knows, maybe one day he will come back to Switzerland or I will visit a game in Pittsburgh. Sorry my English isn’t that good but I hope you can use some of the pictures for your great website.
Greetings from Switzerland,
Remo
