"We are really excited to be able to see the Steelers and Ben in Europe. I'm just glad when it gets some attention that there are fans in Switzerland. We will be showing the flag at Wembley on Sunday. We've been fans for many years and never thought it possible to see the Steelers live. That's just great that they play in Europe for us fans over here. We appreciate it very much. Go Steelers!!" -- Silvia

March 12, 2013 -- Bull meets Ben465 viewsThis fan story comes from Morris “Bull†Kay of Birmingham, Alabama, and took place on (where else but) the golf course:
"We were playing golf at Reynolds Plantation on the Great Waters Course, and Ben was playing behind us. My friend left his 4 wood on one of the previous holes and when Ben and his playing partner caught up to us we realized that they had picked it up for us. We immediately recognized him, and he was very nice to autograph a ball for us and to stand in for the photo op.
"It was nice and chilly that day with temperatures in the low to mid 50′s, but we noticed he was wearing shorts, lol. By the way, he hits the ball very well.
"All of my Steelers buddies are very jealous. Very nice guy!" – Morris “Bull†Kay
*Thank you Bull!!

February, 2013 - Garrett Koch's school project464 viewsGarrett and his teacher, Mrs. Stahlman, pose with his poster.
Students in Mrs. Stahlman's third grade class at Big Walnut Elementary School in Sunbury, Ohio recently learned about biographies through an interest-based project. Students were given the choice of a famous person that they wanted to research. Their end project was the biography poster. Garrett is a huge Steelers fan and loves wearing his Roethlisberger jersey to school, so the choice of completing his project on Big Ben was an easy one!
Mark Cooper, Principal of Big Walnut Elemetary (and a big Steelers fan himself) tweeted Garrett's awesome poster to the site's Twitter page!
And thank you to Garrett's parents, both of whom are Cleveland Browns fans, for allowing us to share Garrett's work with his fellow Steelers fans!
