In Memory of Connor447 viewsMy son, Connor had always wanted Ben’s autograph but never got it. I teared up after and felt like I accomplished something for him. That jersey will be framed with a plaque honoring my son in our basement, which is heavily laden with Steeler memorabilia.
Thank you, Mr. Roethlisberger for your sympathy. Thank you also for all the time you spent, in spite of being banged up, signing autographs. You made one little girl’s, and a couple of her buddies’ day.†– Sincerely, Patrick Williams

May 17, 2017 - Warrior Wednesday - Eric Ochoa926 viewsI served 8 years in the Marine Corps, and I’ve been a Steelers fan all my life. Born and raised in California, never been to Pittsburgh, but still a fan.
During my time in the Marines, I did two combat tours in Iraq and one to Afghanistan. I remember in 2009 waking up at 2 in the morning in Iraq to watch the Steelers beat the Cardinals in the Super Bowl.
In late 2013, I had the privilege to deploy to Jordan to train the Jordanian Army before they went to Afghanistan. During one of our driving courses, I pulled out my black terrible towel, I always kept with me, and asked some of the soldiers to take a picture with me holding the terrible towel.
I told them it represents the best football team in America. Hopefully one day my wife, kids and I can make it to Pittsburgh to witness the best players at home. #HereWeGo — Eric Ochoa.

Did I get it all in my mouth?
Well, most of it! But the bigger question is…are there any Christmas cookies left?

Veterans Day, 2013964 views"I was a Platoon Leader, stationed in Kandahar, Afghanistan from 2012-2013. My Platoon mostly did walking patrols throughout the city, and I made sure my Terrible Towel was tucked in my cargo pocket on every one. By the end of my tour, both my Soldiers and my Afghan counterparts were accustomed to when I pulled a security halt to get a photo of my Terrible Towel in different parts of the city. My Towel has accumulated quite a bit of the Afghanistan desert sand, but it now proudly hangs in my living room and will go with me the next time I get to go home to Pittsburgh and see the Steelers play!" -- 1LT Megan Conroy, 2nd Platoon "Wolfpack" / 563rd MP CO (Fort Drum, NY).

January 6, 2017 - Thank you Ben!499 views“One year ago Big Ben and A.B. made my sons the happiest Steeler fans in the world.
Then, over this past summer I took my boys to Big Ben’s Football Camp. Caden got to do a ‘Meet & Greet’ with Ben and he loved it! I was also fortunate to have a field pass, and while on the field Ben came over to the tent I was in. I thanked him for giving my son the game ball and he said, ‘You’re the browns fan!’ And I said yes. He also signed the football. My kids loved the camp and Chace caught a touchdown pass from Ben during a 7 on 7 drill. We’ll be going back to camp again this year.
I also took the boys to Antonio Brown’s softball game. They had fun, and after the game we waited and waited for AB to come out of the locker room to see if he would sign our football. When he came out, he was in a hurry because he had to go to another event, but he did stop to sign the ball.
Just wanted to say thank you again and wish Big Ben, A.B., The Steelers Organization, and fans good luck in the playoffs. I hope you guys get number 7.†— CLEVELAND BROWNS fan Jared Clonch.
