Aimee Yaworsky1578 viewsAimee's proud brother Bret Champlin tweeted her photo to the website's Twitter page.
"I've been a Steelers fan since I was little, my sister not to much into football. But as we got older I went off to the Army, and deployed twice once to Iraq and once to Afghanistan. I lived in Italy for 5 yrs stationed with the , 173d Airborne Bde. Paratroopers.
"After I got out of the Army I resided in El Paso TX. I had no money to go home to visit so i just went to school and lived on a very tight budget. This was the year we won the Superbowl against the Cardinals. My sister saw how following the team and being a part of the Nation washed away my worries for that time...it took me away from my personal problems for that time. This year we finally got to see each other and my sister began to follow closely as I bought her a Steelers jersey, surprisingly she is on top of roster moves, who's doing what, following Steelers on Facebook and other sites. So it makes me smile and I feel warm inside because even far apart, we know were cheering, yelling at the refs, ect..and were connected that day so far away. She's now hooked, loves Big Ben and a fan for life." -- Bret Champlin

'Father Knows Best'301 views“I think I coached him his first year when he played soccer when he was really small,†said Ken Roethlisberger. “I found that I put him on the bench too much because he was my son and I wanted to be fair. You know how they are when they are little. You are supposed to share time. I did that more than I should have because I didn’t want my kid playing more than others and upset a parent. Then I thought that isn’t fair, so I left it up to someone else to decide if they wanted to put him on the bench or play him. I opted to stop coaching. I never coached him on the field anymore. I coached him at home afterwards, on the way home we talked about it, or in the backyard. That is when I did my coaching.â€

Ben's March 2, 2011 Birthday Winner1357 viewsMr. Ed Coombs of Cicero, New York was the 29th emailer for Ben's own March 2nd birthday contest. He won the autographed jersey, but gave it to 9-year old Michael Mason from Fayetteville NY - the son of a friend and a HUGE Steelers/Big Ben fan! Needless to say, Michael couldn't wait to try it on!
Thank you to Mr. Coombs for sending the photo!
