August Fan Photos - The gang's all here!586 viewsBat-Erdene Altankhuyag and his wife Bolor, their children Anu 15 (wearing Troy's #43), Temuulen 10 (wearing Antonio's #84), Nomin 7 (wearing obviously Big Ben's jersey #7), & Ermuun 3 (wearing Ryan Clark's #25).
"We currently live in Centreville, VA. We're originally from Mongolia, but we like to joke that our family population is equally divided between the Mongols & the Americans as three of the kids were born in the US (only Nomin was born in Mongolia). Funnily enough, I liked the Steelers because their colors were my favorite colors first. I became a football fan because of the Bus & Hines Ward & we've been following the Steelers well over 13-14 years now. We're currently living in the Washington Redskins territory along with many other Steelers fans. :)" -- Bat-Erdene.

February, 2015 - Steelers Cheerleaders!542 views"I live in California and my name is Donna. The pictures are of my daughter, Nicole Davies on the right, me in the middle, and my niece Jenny Petroski. Jenny is one of Ben's biggest fans. Her son is named after him and she had a Steelers logo on her wedding dress. Three years ago we lost her mom, my sister Linda, shortly after that I suffered permanent brain damage and I learned just how important it is live everyday to its fullest, make memories and embrace life.
Every game day Jenny and I text during the entire game because many times it's not televised here. One Sunday it occurred to me that it would be great to be sitting right next to her at a game. So I bought four tickets flew Jenny in from Ohio, I flew in from California and my daughter and grandson live in Pittsburgh.
The day could not have been better, we laughed, cheered and at times cried. We have vowed to make it a yearly event. So like I said in my tweet thanks for best memories we could have ever wished for." -- Here's to next year, Donna Hyatt

Christmas, 2019374 viewsAnd then this happened!! When Momma tells you to put the matching pjs on – you put them on, even the dogs!
Merry Christmas to everyone out there from the matching Roethlisberger family! Hope everyone has a blessed day, and remembers that the real reason for today is because Jesus was born! — Ben, Ashley, ‘Jamin, Bay, Bo and Remy & ‘Kota.
P.S. Contrary to recent reports out there about my football future and my ‘uncertainty’ about playing again, I am working hard and am more determined than ever to come back stronger and better than ever next year!

2012 Troy Polamalu Poynesian Luau1399 viewsBen poses with Nick Muna, who performed at the event.
From the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:
The lucky 425 guests who got their tickets early made their way to the Westin Convention Center Friday night where the call of conch shells and Kukui nut leis welcomed all.
A traditional luau performance by Netane Polynesian Entertainment and the Fiji and Common Kings provided an authentic South Seas soundtrack to the soiree as well as spectacular ceremonial dances.
Steelers No. 43, Troy Polamalu, with his wife, Theodora, and their sons, Ephraim and Paisios, mingled during cocktails with guests including 84 Lumber's Joe Hardy, Jan and Richard Piacentini, Dick Singer, Bill Baierl, Dr. Joseph Maroon and The Pittsburgh Foundation's Lindsay Aroesty.
The party benefited the Troy Polamalu Football Camp in American Samoa and the Harry Panos Fund of The Pittsburgh Foundation, named after Theodora Polamalu's grandfather, which helps military veterans. Sponsored by Head & Shoulders and the Citrone family, the evening featured lots of flowing locks and flowery shirts.
Many of Polamalu's teammates were among the guests, including Ben Roethlisberger, Ziggy Hood (with Sara), Rashard Mendenhall, Casey Hampton, Charlie and Latasha Batch, Jerome Bettis and Heath Miller. Ryan Clark (with Yonka) and WDVE-FM's Randy Baumann acted as official live auctioneers, with Brett Keisel and James Harrison jumping in to encourage some major bidding. "Polamalisa" -- a "Mona Lisa"/Polamalu hybird painting signed by Troy -- brought in $12,000.

Colonel Bill Ellis, USAF1760 views"Here is a picture of my husband Bill Ellis, Colonel USAF. He is currently serving in Qatar and moving to Afghanistan on Monday.
I wanted to see if you would have the photo posted on the board at the field during the game. I just want to make a tribute to him. He works so hard and has been a loyal Steelers fan since he was 7 years old." -- Susan Ellis
