A family member made our quilted tree skirt (as well as a matching table cloth for our dining room table). We have a lot of fun and tradition with the Steelers theme! A Very Steelers Christmas!1085 views"Every year we do a Steelers tree. We have every players name on a footballs hanging from our tree along with all the coaches. We have a Steelers helmet on the top for a tree topper. We have a Steelers tree skirt and Steelers garland with light through it. Aimee Yaworsky1578 viewsAimee's proud brother Bret Champlin tweeted her photo to the website's Twitter page.
"I've been a Steelers fan since I was little, my sister not to much into football. But as we got older I went off to the Army, and deployed twice once to Iraq and once to Afghanistan. I lived in Italy for 5 yrs stationed with the , 173d Airborne Bde. Paratroopers.
"After I got out of the Army I resided in El Paso TX. I had no money to go home to visit so i just went to school and lived on a very tight budget. This was the year we won the Superbowl against the Cardinals. My sister saw how following the team and being a part of the Nation washed away my worries for that time...it took me away from my personal problems for that time. This year we finally got to see each other and my sister began to follow closely as I bought her a Steelers jersey, surprisingly she is on top of roster moves, who's doing what, following Steelers on Facebook and other sites. So it makes me smile and I feel warm inside because even far apart, we know were cheering, yelling at the refs, ect..and were connected that day so far away. She's now hooked, loves Big Ben and a fan for life." -- Bret Champlin

Benjamin "Big Ben" Shank1071 views...said this was the best year of his life because he is 7-years old (you know, the #7) and he is also "Big Ben."
"Benjamin is holding his 2nd grade holiday project: a Christmas ornament-shaped paper designed with a favorite interest. Of course 'my' Big Ben chose the Steelers, showcasing #7 and Big Ben at the top! He also has all NFL teams and their records memorized for the 2012-2013 season and has his playoff predictions ready (Steelers are his #1 choice!). Not bad for a 7-year old!" -- Natalie Aikens
